Dr. Shelley Jaquish received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University, medical degree from University of Florida College of Medicine, and completed her internship at the Parkland Memorial Hospital and her residency from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Jaquish is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
