Dr. Jon Burton received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, medical degree from the University of Alabama, and completed his internship and residency from the University of South Florida. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa cum laude at Vanderbilt University. He received a fellowship from the University of California, Davis.

Dr. Burton is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a member of the American Head and Neck Society, American College of Surgeons and the Florida Society of Otolaryngology.
