Dr. Dominic Castellano received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University, University of Florida, University of South Florida, medical degree from University of South Florida College of Medicine, and completed his internship at the Eastern Virginia Medical School Department of Surgery and his residency from the Eastern Virginia Medical School Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Castellano is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and was awarded a fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
