Dr. Tudor received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. He graduated with honors and as a member of the honor society Sigma Sigma Phi. He completed his internship and residency through the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO.

Dr. Tudor is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Tudor has been practicing in the Treasure Coast of Florida since 2016. He currently maintains privileges at HCA Lawnwood Florida Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida as well as local ambulatory surgery centers.
