Dr. Wright received her Medical Degree from Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and graduated with AOA honors. Dr. Wright completed a General Surgery Internship and Otolaryngology Residency at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She also obtained her Master of Public Health degree from Florida A&M University.
Dr. Wright is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. She is also board certified by the America Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Wright serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida State University College of Medicine - Fort Pierce Campus.
Dr. Wright offers evaluation and treatment for the full range of problems affecting the ears, nose and throat. She has advanced training in allergy, which is her focused area of interest.

Dr. Wright successfully passed both the written and oral portions of the 2012 Fellow Examination held by the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She may now use the additional credentials and distinction of (FAAOA). Certification is certainly an honor. Dr. Wright will undoubtedly serve as a role model for other physicians who may be seeking higher specialty education levels.
Dr. Wright maintains privileges at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, Raulerson Hospital, St. Lucie Medical Center, Plantation General and Westside Regional Medical Center. She is affiliated with several free-standing surgery centers. She sees patients in our Plantation office.
