Ottoniel graduated as a physician in Cuba in 1999 and finished his training as an ENT physician in 2004, practicing the specialty of otolaryngology for more than 15 years, with great experience in ear, nose and throat surgery, both in adults and children. He immigrated to the United States in 2016 and in 2019 he began to work in UM Hospital as a Dialysis Nurse. He later received his degree as Master in Sciences of Nursing (MSN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at Miami Regional University 2022

Mr. Hernandez is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Family Practice. He joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida in 2022. As an integral member of our team his goal is to provide greater access to high quality and specialized care in the same standard and style of care as Dr. Orjuela and Dr. Carreno, as they collaborate closely on patient care.
