Michele P. Phillips, AuD, CCC-A
Michele Phillips completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1990 and 1992 respectively. She later continued her education and earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2005 from Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Phillips has thirty years of experience in a variety of clinical settings, including ENT, hospital and private practice. She has worked with patients from infants to geriatrics in both diagnostic audiology and vestibular/balance testing. Dr. Phillips understands the negative impact of hearing loss on patients and their families, and has extensive knowledge of hearing aid technology, assistive listening devices and tinnitus management. Dr. Phillips is a member, and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence, from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology.

Alexis Heffner, AuD
Dr. Heffner earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Nova Southeastern University with highest honors in 2015. In 2011, she graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Dr. Heffner completed her fourth-year externship at ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida and accepted an invitation to become a member of the team upon her graduation. She has obtained clinical experience in a variety of settings, including ENT settings, private practices, and the school system.
Dr. Heffner's areas of expertise include:

- Counseling and Aural Rehabilitation

Addison Boardman, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA
Dr. Addison Boardman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She continued her studies to earn her Doctorate degree in Audiology from Northwestern University, and performed her Residency/Externship at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Addison Boardman received a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and Science Disorders from Butler University (where she graduated Cum Laude) and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Northwestern University. She completed her clinical externship at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
She specializes in adult and pediatric diagnostic evaluations, electrophysiology, and adult and pediatric amplification. Dr. Boardman holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Boardman is new to the Tampa Bay area and loves reading, visiting new restaurants and coffee shops, and exploring all that Florida has to offer.
Dr. Boardman currently sees patients at our St. Petersburg - Carillon and Clearwater - Countryside offices. Briana Rodriguez, AuD
Dr. Briana C. Rodriguez received a Bachelor of Science in Aging Sciences and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida in 2019. She continued her studies to earn her Doctorate degree in Clinical Audiology from the University of South Florida in 2024 . Throughout her time as a USF Bull, Dr. Rodriguez was involved with the Auditory Behavioral Research Lab under the mentorship of primary investigator, Dr. Robert Lutfi. This work resulted in several co-authored peer-reviewed publications and national conference presentations related to better understanding of how individuals listen in background noise.
Dr. Rodriguez has experience working with veteran, geriatric, and Spanish-speaking populations. She specializes in adult diagnostics and hearing aid services.
In her free time Dr. Rodriguez enjoys traveling with her family, attending concerts, and participating in group fitness activities. She has been involved on the executive board of several organizations dedicated to student mentorship, patient advocacy, and community service.
